製造元：ファルマシア・アップジョン社 プレドニゾンは、皮膚疾患や、喘息、関節炎、クローン病の症状改善のために使用されるステロイドです。 また、プレドニゾンは、移植手術の後、臓器が拒否反応を起こさないようにする目的でも使用されます。 プレドニゾンの主成分であるコルティゾンは、人間の体で自然に生成されるもので、生きていくための基本となるものです。 コルティゾンは、アレルギーや炎症、塩分と水分のバランス作用を制御し、他の多くの病気と戦うものなので、もし体が生成するコルティゾンの量が減ったり、正しく機能しない場合は、これらの作用を補う必要があります。 プレドニゾンは、競技者や、ボディービルダー、ウェイトリフターが時々筋肉増強のために使用する同化作用のあるステロイドのような危険なものではありません。 また、テストステロンや、エストロゲンのような性ホルモン剤でもありません。 プレドニソンの使用により、性機能不全を引き起こすことはありません。 プレドニゾンは、使用者個人の必要に応じて、短期間または長期間にわたり服用するステロイドです。 眠気や、食べ物との相互作用を引き起こすことは、ありません。 服用法： 短期間服用する場合は、5ｍｇ錠を1錠、一日一回、朝食時に服用します。 必ず食事といっしょに服用して下さい。 空腹時に服用すると胃潰瘍を引き起こす可能性があります。 胃の不快感を和らげるために、一日に３回、消化薬（トゥムス、ロライドス、ミランタなど）を服用するとよいでしょう。 肌の症状が改善されてきたら、服用をすこしずつ減らしていきます。 急に服用を停止してはいけません。 何らかの理由で服用を忘れた場合でも、翌日倍量を服用しないで下さい。 喘息や関節炎、クローン病の改善のために、長期にわたり服用する場合は、医師の処方に従って服用して下さい。 服用量を変えたり、急に服用を停止してはいけません。 常に食べ物を一緒に服用します。 何らかの理由で服用を忘れた場合でも、翌日倍量を服用しないで下さい。 内容量： １００錠（５ｍｇ）、メーカー純正密封容器入り
