プレバシド（ランソプラゾール）は胸焼け、逆流性食道炎、潰瘍やその他の酸に関係した症状の治療薬です。 プレバシドは他の処方箋薬との深刻な相互作用がありませんので、大変安心してお使いいただける処方箋薬です。 プレバシドは過剰摂取に関する問題は現在のところ報告されていません。 プレバシドは医師の承認があれば、妊娠中の女性も安全にお使いいただくことができます。 プレバシドは多くの病気の治療に使われています。 あなたの病気の症状に当てはまる箇所をよくお読みください。 承認： 1998年4月 アメリカＦＤＡ（連邦食品医薬品局）認可 服用法： ◆ 胃潰瘍の治療の場合： 服用を開始する第一週目にプレバシド15ｍｇを１カプセル、食事と一緒かもしくは別に経口服用します。 その後、次の7週間から症状が完治するまで投薬量を合計30mg（２カプセル）に増やします。 ◆ 逆流性食道炎の治療の場合： 食事を取る約一時間前にプレバシド15mgを１カプセル経口服用します。 ◆ 潰瘍性逆流食道炎の治療の場合： 服用を開始する第一週目にプレバシド15ｍｇを１カプセル、食事と一緒かもしくは別に経口服用します。 その後、次の8週間の間、投薬量を合計30mg（２カプセル）に増やします。 症状の程度により完全に回復するまで最大12ヶ月間服用することが出来ます。 プレバシドは遅延放出性カプセルです。 本医薬品は噛み潰したり、溶かして服用してはいけません。 もしカプセルを飲み下すことが困難な場合は、カプセルを開けて食品に振り掛けたり、飲み物の中にいれ直ちに飲んでください。 プレバシドの薬効が最も現れるのは服用後１時間半です。 内容量： プレバシド 30mg 100カプセル 密封容器入り （約３か月分）

For the treatment of gastric ulcers, take one Prevacid 15mg Tablet orally with or without food to start for the first week. Then increase the amount to 30mg(2 Tablets) for the next seven weeks to solve the problem. For the treatment of gastroesophgeal reflux disease(GERD) take one 15mg Prevacid Tablet orally about one hour before eating a meal to assure relief. For the treatment of ulcerated gastroesophgeal reflux disease(GERD) take one 15mg Prevacid Tablet orally with or without food to start for the first week. Then increase the amount to 30mg(2 Tablets) for the next eight weeks. Depending the severity of the condition, full recovery can take up to twelve months. For the treatment of heartburn and other minor acidic problems, take one 15mg Prevacid Tablet orally one to two hours before the onset of the digestive problem. Prevacid is a delayed release capsule and should not be chewed or disolved. If a person has trouble swallowing pills, The capsule can be opened and sprinkled onto a food product or into a drink and consumed immediately in that manner.
