バイアグラの服用法
 

一日一回限り、２５ｍｇまたは５０ｍｇを性行為の一時間前に服用

服用量に応じて１／２にカットして５０ｍｇ錠剤を、また１／４にカットして２５ｍｇ錠剤を作って服用します。

ほとんどの患者の場合、必要に応じ性行為の約一時間前に５０ｍｇの錠剤を一錠服用することが推奨されています。しかしバイアグラは、３０分から４時間前であれば効果があります。病状と患者の健康状態によって、服用量は最少２５ｍｇから最大１００ｍｇまで処方されますが、いづれも一日に一度限りの服用が推奨されています。また毎日服用を続けることも控えられた方が良いでしょう。

もし１００ｍｇの錠剤を服用すると次のような副作用が起きやすくなります。通常１００ｍｇの服用は避けてください。：
１．頭痛  ２．消化不良  ３．顔面紅潮   ４．一時的な色調識別困難（青色と緑色の識別）

６５歳以上の男性や重い肝臓・腎臓疾患のある男性は、２５ｍｇ錠の服用から始めるべきです。

  

Viagra Directions

You can cut 100mg tablets in half to make 50mg tablets or can cut 100mg tablets into fourths(1/4) to make 25mg tablets.

For most patients, the recommended dose is 50 mg taken as needed, approximately 1 hour before sexual activity. However, Viagra may be taken anywhere from 4 hours to 0.5 hour before sexual activity. Based on effectiveness and toleration, the dose may be increased to a maximum recommended dose of 100 mg or decreased to 25 mg. The maximum recommended dosing frequency is once per day.

If a 100 mg dose is taken it increases the potential side effects of:
* headache
* stomach upsets
* facial flushing
* and a temporary vision disturbance making it difficult to distinguish blue from green.
Men over the age of 65 or those with severe liver or kidney problems should start with only 25mg.
