お買い上げ商品の総重量に対して下表の荷造り送料がかかります。荷造り送料の計算はお買い上げ商品の合計金額と共にコンピューターが自動計算しますから、面倒な計算の必要はなく計算ミスの心配もありません。
ショップ内での注文商品の総重量が下表の上限（12．60kg）を超えた場合は、自動計算されません。
この場合は、別途ショップよりEメールにてご連絡します。

Return
Policy
If you need to return a
product to us for any reason within 30 days of
delivery, please read the following:
1.) Prior to returning a product for any reason,
you must email, fax, telephone, or mail us for a return authorization.
Please include your order number, your name, and your address along with
the name of the product being returned.
2.) With approved authorization, please send
the product to us prepaid with your return address on the box.
3.) If you have received a defective or damaged product, you will be given
a complete refund including all shipping and handling charges, or with
your consent an exact replacement product will be sent at no-charge.
4.) If you are dissatisfied with a product or have changed your mind about
the purchase, send back the unopened product with our authorization, and
you will be reimbursed for the product price excluding all shipping and
handling charges.
5.)Products that are refused by the customer, will not
be the responsibility of The Perfumery. nor will a refund be issued.
If the product is returned
to us by the shipper undamaged with your approval, we will re-ship the
order again. You will be charged the shipping cost again
however.
7.) For all return
authorization information, please use one of the methods listed below:

万一商品に不備があった場合は、商品到着後３０日以内に、メール、ファックス、電話で返品する旨を「ザ・パフューマリー」宛て連絡して下さい。 その際必ず、オーダー番号、お名前、住所、返品する商品名、返品理由をすべて英文で明記して下さい。

返品の理由が正当であるとショップに判断された場合、差出人の住所を明記の上、送料お客様負担で「ザ・パフューマリー」宛て返送して下さい。 |

お届けした商品に不備があった場合は、送料を含め全額返金、または、送料ショップ負担で再送します。 |

お客様の都合で商品の返品をご希望の場合は、商品を開封せずに返送して下さい。 商品代金のみ返金されます。 送料は返金されません。 |

発送された商品がお客様の受け取り拒否により返送された場合には、ショップの責任ではありませんので、代金は返金されません。 もし商品が出荷した時の状態でショップへ返送され、お客様が再送を望まれる場合には、再送料お客様負担で再度発送致します。
